United bank is A JOKE! We’ve been with them 10 years, we have a decent savings account and checking account with them in the middle of May we had 13 $25 charges on Xbox and they disputed it and we got the money back the next day.On 5/29We had breakfast at bob even’s in MARTINSBURGBought Vape Juice in INWOOD2 hours later our card was used for gas in NYC for 85.0045 minutes later was used in AZ for Walmart. Com for 14.00On MY CardThe fraud department called me that Saturday about the charges in New York and I told them that it was not me and they shut off my card and told me that I had to call the local bank Tuesday because it was a holiday weekend . .Friday iwas called and informed that they They are refusing to deem it as fraud because apparently my chip was used for the gas - LIKE HOW did I get to NYC in 2 hours!?! And then Az!?I have called every branch in the area I have called the customer service number and the fraud department and all they keep saying is my chip was used. I told every single one of them that it’s literally impossible if they look at the rest of the charges on my account from that day they were all in Martinsburg and they are not returning the money

Rob was very courteous. Even though the lobby was closed, he came out to my vehicle in the rain several times to help my sister with an issue opening her account. Best customer service! I refuse to bank anywhere else!

They need to update their hours on their webpage. Since corona they changed their drivethru to close at 5, online it says 7pm. Just went thru the drive thru at 515 with the green open signs still on, and the lady was like sorry we close at 5 now....smh i still dont understand how closing the drive thru an hour or 2 early is preventing the spread of corona virus!

Foreclosed in a 250k home that built in 2001 for 62.00 bucks. I only owed 13k to pay it off. Dirty Management dirty loan people . Aka Mike Matheny and Allen Kees. Today I looked and they updated my account to actually show my payments. They took my house but are paid look at pictures yourself. .

I would NOT RECOMMEND this bank. I opened an account with this bank when my husband and I were moving into the area but when we decided not to move I tried to close my account I have met with nothing but difficulty and runaround. I am not in state so I can’t just run over to the bank to withdraw the money. I sent the signed paperwork back almost 2 weeks ago and they are still saying they haven’t received it so they will not return my money. The person I charge seems to never be in. I guess by holding it they can charge more fees. If this is normal operation for this bank I am so glad we did not change over completely.
