Drivers on Rt 50 wants to drive over the divider line not letting vehicles pass safely.

I was driving and a bsi truck was ahead of me and a rock cracked my windshield. Well after finally talking to someone they told me the state road is responsible for it. And I’ve called and called and nobody will call me back. It’s really sad
