“I've taken my dog here many, many times. In all honesty it can be hit or miss. HOWEVER, today was 5 stars for sure! Payton the groomer was wonderful and you can tell she REALLY CARES about the animals in her care. There have been many times it's taken 3 hours for my dog to get. Simple bath and brush but Payton did it in 2 hours and Juna looks amazing! I'll be requesting Payton every time!”

“Ordered a natural gas heater last night for the upcoming winter storm in case the power goes out. Was going to drive an hour this korning to pick it up. I got an email stating that my order was ready for pickup first thing this AM.
Before I could leave the door, an associate called and informed me that a natural gas heater was different from a propane one and I would need a conversion kit to run it on propane. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this and also aware that they didnt have any and ut would be impossible to find. She was right, I couldnt find the conversion kit anywhere for sale near me or online for the next week or 2. She saved me 2 hours in the car and my sanity of having something I couldn't use. The stores I'm used to would not have been proactive and would have wasted my time and sanity. Thanks guys!”

“We have been using Grooming Room for years and have always had a great experience. We just came back from a vacation today and picked up our dog. She is young so we sent her with a few toys. I was certain they would either not make it back, or would need to be thrown away after that, but the awesome lady (sorry, my husband didn't get her name) was so wonderful that she washed them before sending them home! What an amazingly sweet thing to have done!! It was very much appreciated and that extra step was so very thoughtful.”
