The store itself has almost everything you need. The four women at the front register are rude and shouldn't be dealing with the public. They are nicer to men than they are to women. Three times I've been to that store, three times I wasn't greeted or asked if I could be helped. After not being greeted, I said "hello" and barely got a response. Each time there, men came into the store after me and they were happily greeted and assisted. The last time there, after paying for an item, I said to the clerk "Merry Christmas" she replied "yeah". I will never, ever go back to that store, and I'll tell everyone I know not to go there either.

Kenny Queen represents the way a hardware store is ,and was in years gone by ,done properly. Ace is a good company but Kenny Queen puts us were it’s done best. It’s like this , you can pretend to be knowledgeable and be prepared for the craftsman or you can be Kenny Queen.
