“Purchased a battery for our company truck at battery terminal nine months ago. Had some issues with the truck starting so swung in to have the battery checked. Battery tested bad connected directly to the terminal. But the employee, checked the secondary terminal and found out that the battery was in perfect shape. It was just getting a bad connection. He easily Could’ve sold me a brand new battery. But instead, he chose to clean my terminals, refuse any form of compensation for his time other than a handshake and sent me on my way. I highly recommend this establishment.”
“I just want to say how much I appreciate this store. I called and spoke with Bryson and asked him if they had a portable car jumper because I had a truck in my garage where the battery had died and I couldnt use a typically jumper cable because there wasn’t enough room—- he was so kind as to send over one of his workers (we are two blocks away) and they were here within 5 minutes. I am so blown away and gracious for this excellent customer service. This really makes me want to give them all of my business on my detail products…. What a service!!! I am so thankful❤️. Thank you Bryson and your team for this wonderful act of kindness!”

“Back when I first got my first VW, our local parts stores were no friends of mine. They absolutely never had the parts in stock for any euro cars whatsoever. Now here in the good year of 2024 you can get quite a bit of parts here and it not drain your bank. If you carried Japanese parts for decades you can carry European parts to!!! See how that works?! Very helpful couple of dudes here. There are 3 guys working at this location that have been here a long time and you can almost guarantee yourself the correct part of you give them good information.”

“I purchased a marine battery from a local boat dealer back in the spring. Unfortunately, I needed to exchange it, but the boat dealer had none in stock. Thankfully, I was directed to stop in at The All Battery Center and I'm very happy I did. They not only gave me a better understanding of marine batteries, but they also fixed me up with the correct battery for my needs. I will only purchase my batteries from Interstate All Battery Center!!!!! Great people, service, and of course you can't go wrong with Interstate!!
