From the start, Levi asked thoughtful questions and truly listened. As a woman, I’m often not treated well at dealerships or made to feel like I don’t know enough about my own vehicle, but Levi was the opposite. He validated the issue I was having with my 2018 GMC Terrain. My touchscreen was randomly shutting off and dropping calls, which is a big deal since I work in sales and drive for work.
Levi took my car back right away, showed me where to sit, offered a quiet space to work, and checked on me during the service. Afterward, he walked me through what they had done and was honest that the update might not fully solve the issue, including what replacement could cost, without any pressure.
After taking my car back, Levi realized he hadn’t asked about my warranty status. Since that hadn’t been discussed upfront, he spoke with his manager and comped the service, which he didn’t have to do. He also replaced my key fob battery, something I didn’t even realize needed changed.
This all happened the week before Christmas, during a hectic Q4, and Levi took a real mental load off without me asking. I’ve hesitated to use dealerships in the past, but after this experience, I won’t hesitate again. If you need service, I highly recommend Dutch Miller and specifically ask for Levi.”
“A deer struck my Kia Sorrento Sx Prestige XLinde at 7 pm in the evening, I was traveling at 70mph, So the damage was extensive, left tire replaced, fender hood, entire front fascia, turbo had to be replaced just go name a few details. Got my car back and was quite Leary of how they could repair the damage, I must say I am completely blown away at the quality of their work, I think they went over every single detail, BC this vehicle behaves amazing, it feels like they tightened up the suspension, BC this vehicle rides lime it did when it was new. I have only had it back a week and have not been out that Mich BC the roads are bad did to snow, but for the time I have been behind the wheel, I am so impressed, body panel fit is perfectly aligned, so happy with the work and care that was shown to every detail. 10 out of 10 in my book.”

Was very having this car to take care of my grandma while mine's getting worked on. Went online on hertz.com filled out my information and got the car the next morning was cheaper than Enterprise.”

“Rusty is amazing at what he does. He was able to get my car ceramic coated with interior finish in one day. I dropped my car off Friday morning and he was able to get it back to me at 6:10AM before my 6:30AM shift at the hospital. Big surprise when I stepped outside in the morning and saw my car waiting for me… there is no other person I would ever leave my car with. He also had great choice in radio station. Truly a blessing to do business with - don’t choose anyone else. 5/5”
