Fast friendly service. Went in and found what I wanted. It was on sale and fully stocked. Was greeted by several employees and asked if I needed help. Over all a wonderful experience.

I called to speak to the pharmacy and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude to me and refused to help me. She then lied to me and threw some bs policy at me like I was dumb.

EDIT: 01/17/25 2:45pm and there are 9 customers in line to pick up meds with only 1 person working the pick up register. CVS managers are you watching? The lady working the drop off counter on Monday 12/23 at 9:20am was very rude to this veteran. I had came in on Friday and was told that my wife’s prescription could “be filled” on Monday. The lady who was rude told me that “it can be filled but insurance will not pay for it”. I sincerely hope that CVS managers see this and realize that the tone and inflection of your employees voice truly matter. We do have choices where our prescriptions are filled. Thank you!

Sunday evening Dec 1st I was in line for my brothers Heart medicine just as pulled up to the window they shut the window without a word. Was rather rude & my brother needed his medicine. Has back problems is why he didn’t come inside.

The store is clean , organized. Employees are helpful and friendly and professional. I'm new to the area though I worked in the Huntington area for many years for AT&T and Wells Fargo Armored. I've always said how impressed I am with how clean Huntington is and Ceredo Kenova is a beautiful place. It's one of the best places to live.

Waited in line patiently for 10 minutes with my 6month old to see about my insurance covering a Covid test, lady was absolutely no help, very short and rude to me about it. Never had any issues until today..

I’ve refrained from leaving a review on them numerous times and I hate leaving negative reviews. At this point I have no choice. Only once or twice being there have I not ran into an issue. Something is always wrong with their photo center. I’ve been double charged, had to wait triple the amount of time on my extremely busy day, & had my pictures jammed and ruined (wouldn’t have been a big deal if it wasn’t for my best friend’s wedding present). They SEVERELY lack time management. You’ll be waiting for assistance at checkout and it takes abnormally long. No one will be up there and they work on their own time despite what you have going on. This is not the place to go.PS the icing on the cake? I once had a job interview there and the MANAGER forgot about the interview. I showed up and employee said they’d just left for the day. It was made light of so needless to say I did not reschedule.

Every single time I need a medication, they claim that it's on back order. They string me along until every other pharmacy is closed and then tell me they don't have it.

Every time I drop of something and return hours later to pickup I’m told it’s still not ready or some other excuse. I’ve left there 3 times now without prescriptions and had to go else where to get the medication filled. Save time and go elsewhere from the start.
