This is Pipestem Retreat Cabins ,
when filling up last week you had turned off the valve and didn't turn it back on . It caused us to lose money from staying guests with no hot water and no heat propane . please when filling turn the valve back on .

Always have good service from Ferrellgas. Have been a customer for many years and wouldn’t even consider switching to the “ other” propane supplier in the area.

My wife and I purchased a whole house generator and updated our wood burning fireplace to propane after the experiencing prolonged power outages during last years ice storm and recently with high winds. My wife contacted a very nice lady at Ferrell Gas who confirmed they would rent us tank and we paid nearly $1000 to Ferrell Gas for tank rental, initial fill, and contract. We had plumber install the gas lines / logs for fireplace and had approx 200 feet of gas line installed for tank arrival. Ferrell Gas manager now contacted us this week and informs us that they will not honor the contract (their contract mind you with us) unless we now purchase the large tank…and they refuse to reimburse the nearly $1000 dollar payment until it is convenient for them in a few weeks according to a rather unprofessional “manager” that communicated with my wife. We pride ourselves on doing business ethically and paying our debts timely based on agreements we as a family enter into. This does not appear to be the case for the Ferrell Gas managerial / corporate team in the contract they provided us and have already cashed our check but will neither service or refund our hard earned money in a professionally reasonable and timely fashion. The “manager” did inform my wife that there was no customer service or corporate leader to whom we might speak to address our concerns / dismay at Ferrells management sudden 180 degree turnaround decision / failure to honor the contract they provided and we paid OR to get our money returned in a reasonably timely fashion (although my wife made paying Ferrell quickly a priority at origination of the contract as a point of ethical business behavior). Very disappointed and sadly surprised with this service behavior from one our local companies.

I put an order in on Dec. 15 ..email conformation they got the order....Jan 6th still waiting on a fill up of propane...now instead of 19 % down to 6 % and the gas is 30 cents higher....We are 70 yrs old and not in the best of health so when we order we need it within a week or 2 not 3 or 4....just frustrated....

My experience has always been above and beyond with Ferrellgas. They are very courteous when talking to them and they are always there with your refill. Highly recommend their services. Thank you for keeping me warm.

Ferrellgas after 37 years decided not to deliver 100 lb. cylinders leaving us in the lurch. I could see if we did not pay at all or not on time or if they offered to set a tank but no they deem it to expensive to bring the cylinders after 37 years of doing so. They said we dont use enough gas to merit a big tank. What a slap in the face after being loyal customers since 1985.

Got my tank and a full fill up. My order arrived when they said it would. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He set my tank up exactly where I needed it. Will definitely be getting all my propane from them.

I prefer to deal with the local office and am not to happy only getting emails for communication of billings, etc. I am a senior citizen and prefer paper billings

If I could give zero stars, I literally would. Our office has had an active gas leak for 3 weeks. We've called the emergency phone number multiple times over the course of 3 weeks, and no one has come out to resolve this. Propane is leaking into the air, directly beside of our office. The smell is overwhelming. Extremely dangerous and negligent on their part. I would NEVER recommend using this company.

Nothing but problems from this company, the people that answer the phones never know what they're talking about had to switch gas companies for less aggravation.

Previously I was happy with the service as they had me on automatic refills and I had zero issues. They then changed my account to “will call”, without notice and I ran out of gas. I called, they said I would be put back on auto and I should be good. I’m now out of gas again and they want to charge me $150 to get expedited refill and said I wasn’t added back to auto refills. As a parent of 3 kids and my wife and I work FT jobs I don’t have time to constantly check our level of gas. That’s why I was on auto refills. Seems like a shady move to get folks to pay big fees for “emergency” refills. I’ll be getting my gas from a new company going forward. Even if it means we go longer without gas because this is unacceptable!
