Called in my to go order at 1030 for 12. Went to pick up order at 1205. Nothing was ready or even started on. This has happened multiple times. Just a waste of time.

Amazing food and a bunch of neat drink options! The staff was very nice, told us a bit of history and about the drinks. Very accommodating to the disabled and appreciative of veterans, thank you!

I had high hopes, but this place is terrible for both the quality of food and service. We loved the feel of the old school soda shop, all the soda options, and hand dipped shakes. We even drove 30 minutes just to get there - it sure fell flat. There was 1 other table of 2 there, and it took probably 20 minutes to get our food. We ordered a basic cheeseburger and a ham and cheese. I also ordered chili and cheese on my fries along with a shake. When presented (by the cook), the chili and cheese was missing. The cook (not waitress) asked if I wanted my shake with the meal. Uh....yeah?? Like what? It took another 8 minutes to get my shake. Thr waitress was too busy talking to one or the regulars, I guess. At this point, it had been 30 minutes When the waitress came back with the fries, I noticed after taking several bites that they were super underdone, so I politely asked if I could have some new fries. The waitress grabbed them off the table, walked to the kitchen which was just a grill behind an open bar - and proceeded to complain to the cook about my request and from what I could tell, they felt a way about it - rolling eyes and hands on hips. Meanwhile, I'm attempting to eat my burger. The bread was stale and fell apart. I ate the pattie, which was decent. After i finished the patty, the new chili cheese fries arrived. Our drinks were never refilled and my mom's ham and cheese was subpar, according to her. I'll say the chili on the fries was tasty and the shake was quite delicious, but that's about the exent. We will definitely not be back. Has a lot of potential and maybe the locals are loyal but overall a waste or money, time and travel.

My daughter came In The drive thru to pick up my rx. The guy waiting on her was rude and very arrogant to her he needs a lesson in how to approach and talk to people . He stated. It's not ready yet you will have to come back. She asked what time you closed he said as he sighed the time. Friendliness goes a long way young man ..........

The vibe was immaculate, the food was delicious and cheap, and the drinks were amazing. It is so cool to see a place like this in our little town of Huntington. Keep up the good work!!

I so wanted to like this place. I’ve visited it before for ice cream but today’s experience makes me think it will be my last time to go. There were 3 servers there today who were more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers so our service was horrible. These young people acted as if there were no customers in the place. We waited a long time to get our food and then the chicken salad was room temperature which made us wonder if it had been sitting out. Then, no one ever came by to check on us, refill drinks, or take dessert order. We had finished eating and sat about 30 minutes waiting on someone to notice, then my friend finally walked over to the counter and asked for someone to come to our table. The ladies at the table next to us walked out because they couldn’t get their food and they had been there about the same time as us.

The waitress was on her phone all along, ignored us, didn't get one refill, took 15 minutes to get our drinks in the first place, Another 35+ minutes to get our food, the meat was burnt hard on the sandwiches. Not crowded at all. It was like this the last two times. They must've changed hands, it was never like this before. We decided we won't be back.

We were excited to eat here since it had been many years. The service was horrible. It took an hour to get our food and it wasn’t even warm. The waitresses were very rude to us. It cost us $41 and we still had to grab something else to eat on the way home. I’m very disappointed.

Maybe the slowest service known to man kind. Still waiting 35 minutes after ordering for a simple reuben sandwich. Had to leave my table to the counter for soda refill as no one checked on me. And yes, when the food finally arrived, the order was wrong. Beautiful room. Too bad service is sooooo slooow.

What has happened to this place? My family and I have gone there for years...they closed down for a while, but now reopened, so we went back last week. We were greeted with loud music and loud, rude people. It took 45 minutes to get our order and half of it was wrong. Then the lady who took the money for our bill actually asked my 80 year old grandmother if she MADE the bill that she paid with! Stupid question and totally disrespectful. We won't be going back again.

I hate to say this because this used to be a cool place to visit, but the past few times my family and I have either ordered food or eaten in the restaurant itself, the food and service both have been HORRIBLE. Last time I chose to get a chicken sub, something that used to be one of my favorites on the menu. That was a mistake. I asked for cheese- it wasn't even melted onto the bread, and the sub itself was incredibly dry and tasted stale. I was sitting close enough to the cook station and could tell that the cook was angry when fixing my order. ?? My brother got a chicken sub also and said that his tasted funny. On top of that, we received no refills on our drinks. It is incredibly frustrating to eat at a restaurant with poor service and food not properly cooked. It just seems like the place has gone downhill from what it used to be- not sure if it's a change of management/staff or what. Like I said, this place used to be a great place to eat and visit. Unfortunately, not anymore. Need to make some major changes before I will be back! Starting with bringing back some old menu items and better service! I recommend going to one of the better restaurants down the road like Gino's or Evaronis. Much better staff and food and you know what to expect when you go. Thank you!
