“2/28/24 730pm Lovely staff. Greeted when I walked in. I had a lifetime tool return, and they helped me out. I got asked by 3 different people if I needed help while walking around. They have the great deal of the dewalt 12v tools coming with a free starter kit, so i had to take that deal. Tool staff was there and helped me with no problem. I got the last 1/4 dewalt, 12 Volt Ratchet they had. Online said they had none in stock but I guess I got lucky. Thank you all!”
“bought a chain today for my Husquvarna chain saw. Turns out the one I needed was an odd pitch - long story short the crew wet to great lengths to find one. I was in the parking lot trying to put it on, when Trevor passed by from helping another customer, and offered and installed the chain for me. Way above the call of duty! Please thank him for me! Also, kudos to the ladies inside as well. Yawl got all my business! Big Thanks!”
