Robert was a life saver. I was going riding at Hatfield trails and wheel came off trailer. Robert got me a hub that made it possible to get back on the road to make my weekend trip. He also helped me out with some tools I didn't have in my truck. I don't have much faith in humanity any more and it's people like him that this world needs more of. Thank you for all of your help and caring about your customers

Victor was such a great help today getting what I need for my car , after all I’m just a girl & have no clue about much on my vehicle ! I would recommend o Riley’s over advanced any day , we went to advanced on Friday & the clerk wasn’t helpful at all! All taken care of at o Riley’s !

I bought a light lens for my car in Huntington and me and the guys from the Huntington store tried to change it and couldn't we watched YouTube video on it and still couldn't but the guy from the kenova store was on top of it

We use O’Riley’s daily. They are a good parts store for sure and their employees are also pretty nice people. If you need something for your vehicle 99% of the time they can get it for you if they can’t get it for you they will try to help you out and find out where they can get it.
