I do not know what the problem is with the stores and restaurants in Mingo County and every single time I take my father out to the store or lunch. Non handicapped people are parking in the handicapped spots.
Local law enforcement said it's not their issue.It's the stores and the store and restaurant would not do anything about it.So why do you have handicapped spots in the first place!!!
