They set my appointment time. I drove 28 miles 1 way to be stood up. They were not even there. So I can't recommend them to anybody. They could of at least called to let me know. 10.00 worth of gas wasted as well

do not ever, ever go to this place. it’s a very very bad “business” i’ve took my car there, and it sat for a month, being told it was being worked on, and being finished in a couple of hours, and never heard anything back for days, i call and he says the same thing. he makes excuses, he doesn’t work on the cars, they sit there for months, several people have told me the same, if i would have known before, i wouldn’t have went there. i got my car and took it somewhere else that actually does the work. he lies, and makes excuses and never works on the vehicles. never ever go here. extremely bad. you’ll more or likely not get your vehicle for 6-7 months.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a low coolant light come on but the temp never increased. Jason got me in quickly and made sure there wasn't a leak in the system. Very nice folks. Will use his services again

Our vacation began today, Aug 24; driving from Virginia to Montana. We had a planned stop in Burlington WV. When we arrived in Burlington, our right front passenger brake locked up. We are Not at all familiar with mechanics around Burlington so did an internet search. Found 2nd Shift in Keyser - about 20 miles away. Called them and they said to bring our 2009 Ford F150 into their shop and they could replace brakes. Had to replace the caliber, drum, pad, and brake hose. They took us right in, did an excellent job and charged us a most excellent price. Will definitely recommend these guys to anyone.Service: Brake service & repair

Has anyone gotten their vehicle back after dropping it off for repair? I was going to call to have some work done on my vehicle and was warned by several people it just sits for months with nothing being done. I need some work done quickly due to being my only vehicle.
