Stopped in here to test my battery and had to get a new one… Abby was so helpful! She knew her stuff and helped me so much. I get a little intimidated around cars and she made me feel so much better. Great customer service, quick, and affordable. I will for sure be coming back. Thanks Abby!

I will be calling the district manager on Tuesday and filing a complaint on this stores manager. Abbie is the most unprofessional store manager I've ever had to deal with and upon calling the other store and asking for the number to the district manager that employee knew who n I was having issues with and eleven said she was being g dealt with already but im still voicing my concerns... fafo...

I can't remember the guys first name but I do remember his last name mr savage..he was very helpful and busy stocking the store he dropped what he was doing and helped me check my truck engine out and told me everything that was wrong with it..we need people like this..I really appreciate your business will be shopping there alot more the franchises..

I visited this AutoZone to get a replacement battery for my son’s vehicle. The battery terminals were corroded and the sales lady took the time to use a foaming cleaner and scrubbed the terminals before installing the new battery. She went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have any issues with the new battery.

I worked here from early March until mid July and was just fired for giving customers too many discounts. More specifically price matching batteries to Walmarts prices which I was taught was ok to do. My first time hearing it was an issue was me being fired. Ok place to shop at, but unless you're a high school student with no responsibilities it is not a good place to work at whatsoever, and they do not care about retaining good employees. My District manager told my store manager that "your turnover rate isn't high enough". Place is a joke y'all.

So. On Monday, June 17th, I picked up a nail in my tire. I was directed to Keyser W. VA to look for repair store. I saw Auto Zone & stopped to ask for a place. A very nice young lady, Abby, heard my problem and went far & beyond to help. She called a dealer up the way an got me worked in. Then she wrote down name & address so I could get there. Got there fine, problem solved. But her friendly attitude & outstanding service really made our vacation. Thanks to her & staff at this store. Best. Larry S. Greenwood, In.
