The first year i ever had trouble with the Irs and having to go thur stuff by self because i could never get a hold of jackson hewitt to answers questions and now being told it going be another 12 week before my refund will be send But that okay i will use h-r block again at least there i get my money in a timely manner after they file, i should have known that when i made appointment and half hour past that and the had to go ask lady about appointment she said i didnot knwo you where here yet there was a text send 10 minutes before appointment by my phone that i was there and yet she said i didnot know you where there, even show her text

My husband and I went in yesterday to the keyser location and our tax pro jessica was very professional very kind and helpfully she went ahead and helped us get the taxes done even though she only had about 40mins left to closing but she understood our tight schedule and helped us right away thank you to jessica she did amazing
