Martin's is a market with friendly staff and reasonable prices, considered a better option for grocery shopping in Keyser, WV, with produce always more fresh than Walmart. While generally clean and usually fully stocked, some find it too expensive unless there is a sale with the Martin's card. The store offers a great selection, and downloading the app is recommended for couponers and bargain hunters to get really good deals. Help inside the store is friendly and helpful. However, there have been issues with gas pump staff, specifically with one employee who has repeatedly yelled at customers while they are getting gas. Customers expect to not have to deal with yelling when they are paying for gas. While the inside of the store is fine, problems arise at the gas pumps. Despite previous complaints, the issue with this employee persists. The store is praised for its well-trained staff, with one employee going above and beyond to create and deliver a decorative fruit basket with fresh fruits and snacks, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Very clean store shelves were full and service was excellent. What a nice change from the W. Fresh donuts are delicious light and airy. I will be doing more of shopping here.
