I ordered alot of things for 20 bucks and ehen I received my order for one they missed my address and I had to call them for 2 they also got 2 of my orders wrong
And not only that they refused refund me even tho I had my order receipt and the order number and didn't even open the order they sent me that was wrong

We always stop here when we travel through this part of West Virginia. While hubby fuels up at the diesel pump I order food. Always good service, friendly people, clean restrooms.

This is the worst Sheetz. I order an iced coffee frequently at night after 11:30 pm. And every time they make it wrong. My husband always takes it back and they remake it, but it shouldn’t be that hard to put coffee cream and flavored syrup in a cup. The food we order is also usually made incorrectly. I suppose they think we won’t bring it back? I can understand a few mistakes here and there, but every time we order something is wrong. And we order a lot because I work overnights and nothing else is open late.

The man checking me out at 2:20 on Sunday afternoon was extremely rude and disrespectful belittling me in front of the staff and customers. I’ll bring in my husband next time see if he wants to be nasty to him as well. Such a disgraceful display of “customer service”. Shame on you!

Shout out to employee Shawn. I was still sobbing from having just euthanized my sweet calico, Holly. He asked if I was okay, which made me sob even harder as I explained the reason for my distress and he reached for his wallet and said “here, let me pay for your frappacinos ($11). I wouldn’t let him and once I purchased them he said give me just a second and he hand wrote a note to me that said “it’s going to be okay :)”. What a kind and compassionate young man. Thank you, Shawn for your kindness.
