Me and some friends had to evacuate our mountain campsite last minute due to a snowstorm. We were scrambling to find a decent place until we called here. Staff was very accommodating, hotel room is very nice!

Hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room accommodations are adequate, cozy, and clean. Location is perfect given that my job assignment was just down the road. The only issue I had was that the walls are thin. To drown out the voices heard from the other rooms, I had to play green noise on my laptop. Search YouTube and you’ll find 10-12 hours of various colored background noises.
Food and drinks: If you’re a foodie like me, there isn’t much of a selection of restaurants nearby. You’ll have to drive 20-30 minutes out to find something decent. The nearby Denny’s, however, offers a selection of common menu items that are surprisingly tasty.

It’s not a bad hotel, but it’s not great either. Nichol was extremely professional on check in & gave me a welcome bag. The lobby area was clean & well presented. The room was just okay. The bed & pillows were like bricks compared to other hotels I stay at. I visit the area every month so I wanted to try it, I did, but I won’t stay here again. Too bad they don’t have a pool either.

We found ourselves stranded in the area due to a significant car accident - everyone at this hotel did their best to help us and make us feel comfortable. So appreciative of the staff - as for the hotel amenities, I would stay there again, willingly and by choice, next time! 🌞

The beds were not that great and the pillows were to fluffy, over all the service was good and breakfast was nothing too spectacular but I did like the gravy for the bisquits.

I recently stayed at SureStay Plus By Best Western Keyser and had a fantastic experience. I was in town for work and opted to spend a night at this hotel. Firstly, the room was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. It provided me with the comfort and space I needed after a long day. Additionally, the location of the hotel is perfect, especially for those looking for food options nearby. There are plenty of dining choices within short distance, making it convenient for travelers. Moreover, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They were not only helpful but also very kind throughout my stay. If you find yourself in West Virginia, I highly recommend considering SureStay Plus By Best Western Keyser for your accommodation needs. It's a great place to stay, offering comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Wonderful clean pet friendly little hotel with helpful and friendly personnel. Within walking distance from a well stocked Walmart (if in need of anything you forgot to pack) and Taco Bell (for those midnight cravings moments). Not a luxury place but homely enough to come back when in the area.

Originally we were going to stay at a mom-and-pop hotel, but we decided to stay at the best Western because it’s suited our needs from the minute we walked in the door and throughout our stay the staff was excellent. They make you feel at home and almost like Family. Our room happen to be on the first floor when we walk in it almost looks like the room was brand new it was so spotlessly clean although I do not know how old this particular hotel is it’s in an area that’s developing in one of the small towns in Keyser extremely comfortable beds, queen size mattresses firm. This was just below extra firm I believe with a pillow top covering wonderful it’s in blankets in each bed had five fluffy delicious pillows. We had two queen size bed one for me one for my son. The bathroom was nice inside the shower. Water pressure was excellent and the showerhead was the type that you can remove and use it as a hand held the streams of water that came out were wide, so it made for almost a massage type showerhead. I wouldn’t detract from this, but it did not have any place to put soap, shampoo and conditioner. We had to put it on the sink, but I do think they need to do something about that. The only thing that kept this from five stars was the lack luster Wi-Fi, which we had trouble using for the first half an hour to an hour. We ask the front desk if they can refresh the signal which they did and eventually we got two bars, which is just good for slow surfing not anything you really want to do on the Internet, not ideal for movies if you want to stream, I think they need to work on this. This is very important to a lot of people. I couldn’t put a half a star in there which I would’ve but it’s some thing that the folks you need to take care of. They had breakfast every day delicious eggs, and bacon and sausage, breakfast muffins, Belgian waffles, that you make yourself ample amounts of coffee, tea and condiments. And they have a constant flow of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies all day. breakfast ends around 10 AM. I like the set up when you walk in just off of the lobby is the seating area of the cafe. The coffee, tea and drinks go all night long once again, the staff was just so friendly and so nice I can’t wait to stay here again.
Rooms: Excellent rooms, brand new or spotless I could not tell what they were so fresh and clean
Walkability: This whole area is very walkable everything you need to function in a small town, including a Walmart just a hop and skip from the hotel
Food and drinks: Throughout the small town in by the river, you can find yourself many little breakfast in luncheonette places, but there’s one in particular that we did not eat at which was called the Chew and Chat This place is the magnet restaurant all day, long and all night long everybody goes there

Breakfast is basic with generic cereal, rooms are clean and comfy. I stay here only for work reason.
