I took my f150 to Timbrook for two different issues. I had a squeaking noise coming from the right front wheel and I had a separate noise coming from under the hood on a cold start. They found that I needed the manifold replaced on the passenger side and scheduled me to bring it in a week later. The day before my appointment I felt a pop come from the right front wheel and started hearing a rubbing noise. I got home and jacked the truck up to find the wheel bearing had failed and I was ready to loose my front tire. I called and asked if they even bothered to check the issue that I told the service rep about and that I wrote on the service ticket. I was told that the manifold was behind that wheel so they ignored it. The service rep asked if I would like to drop the truck off early to which I told her yes I would because I couldn’t drive my family with the possibility of loosing a steering tire. She preceded to tell me to just drive it because she would. The repairs were made and when I went to pick my truck up she handed me a very high bill. I asked why the warranty didn’t cover anything she told me that I didn’t tell her I had a warranty even though I had asked her if she had my warranty info on file when I dropped it off. I also told her the warranty info was in a folder in the glove box. She would not let me take my truck that evening until she could contact the warranty company. The next day I called and asked if she had heard from the warranty company and I was told that it covered everything that I had expected and my bill was drastically reduced. When I walked around the building to get my truck I had found it to be setting ten feet from an active construction site on the property. The windshield was whited out and the truck was completely covered with what looked to be concrete dust. I had to drive straight to the car wash. I was very disappointed with the complete incompetence of the service representative and the lack of care for my property while it was in Timbrook’s possession.
