“The girl I was riding with got a flat tire towards the bottom of Backbone Mountain. She had no spare, no donut, and no money. A lady who pulled over to assist, suggested we call Johnston's. John and another guy arrived within 30 minutes. The tire couldn't be fixed. He towed her car to his garage and GAVE her a used tire. He even had to switch around the tires bcuz they were different sizes & didn't charge her a dime. She offered to bring money back down, he told her to "pay it forward!!"”

“I have dealt with them a good bit over the last 15+ years. And they have always been good to me. But just seems as of recent when I call to check for a certain car part I'm told they don't have any. An it's been said about a few different cars and parts. And when they tell me they don't have it I feel like it's with an attitude”
