As someone who hasn't bought a new phone in years, I decided to go into US cellular today and get new phones for myself and my girlfriend. I imagine we were the customers most people dread having to deal with. We didn't know our Google passwords offhand, we weren't sure of what we wanted to get, etc. But with help from the US cellular staff we were able to get everything dealt with easily. Not only that, but our service agent Levi was friendly, conversational and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and how to help two older people who arent that great with electronics. If you are somewhat overwhelmed by the whole transitional process of switching to new phones, don't be. These people will help you every step of the way graciously, with a genuine positive attitude and a smile on their face. 10/10

I went in to pay my bill the guy asked if I was having any issues with the phone I told him for the past week sometimes I can't call out or receive calls so he changed my Sim n rest my network settings. Phones working great. Thanks a million
