Parts and mechanical departments are always friendly and professional, after taking my Lincoln MKZ to the Lincoln dealer several times and then local mechanics for a noise in the suspension, I finally got the car fixed by Scott Ford. The chief mechanic took the time to listen to me and then investigate the problem. Had the car back in just a few hours and was charged a more than fair price for the work performed.

We didn’t buy here because we weren’t satisfied with the pricing or negotiation; however they were really nice to us and did try to look at the numbers we needed. I’m not sure why they couldn’t match or beat a local competitors price but there are so many factors to consider, it’s understandable.
