Canyon Rim Gifts is a cute, cozy gift shop and snack place right by the New River Gorge National Park & Preserve, across from the visitor center. It is a great spot to pick up souvenirs after visiting the bridge and overlooks. The shop has a good and bountiful selection of everything you’d want, including shirts, stickers, magnets, postcards, local-made items, and general mass-produced items. Prices are reasonable for a national park area. It also features homemade treats like out-of-this-world banana nut fudge, hand-dipped ice cream, floats, nuts, and local honey. The shop is clean and easy to browse. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides great customer service, helpful in resolving any issues. While sometimes busy with a wait for treats, it is considered a must-stop visit for both locals and visitors to find a special gift and remember the trip.
