In the last week, office was always closed when I arrived early in the afternoon and the phone rings with no answer or voicemail. I haven’t received a bill in a couple months. I have no way to pay if I can’t pay in person, over the phone, or return a bill.

I have been at this storage unit since 2018. It is gated and requires a code to get in the door. Just this week of December 2022 I discovered someone cut my lock off my inside unit and put a lock of their own. Nelson’s the owner didn’t do it. I had to go cut the lock off myself and discovered that 2 very expensive TV’S were taken. There is no cameras and nothing could be done other than file a police report. The thieves put their own lock on there with every intention of going back to my unit to steal more items.

Wish there were online payment options available, there's units in Huntington but if you don't pay OTP you have to drive to the main office to pay.

Leaky gutter in front of door, have asked every months, numerous times a month for at least 8 months to be fixed, yet it continues to drip and seep under my storage unit door and build moisture inside my unit.
