“The ATM machines at both Greenbrier County locations were down on 12/26/22. A holiday weekend where they won't be open again until Wednesday 12/28/22. Since I refused to drive to Union to access my cash, I was forced to pay a $3.00 foreign ATM charge because I had to use a competitor's ATM (and this is not the first time I have had to do this and pay extra fees). BOM should reimburse me all fees that I incurred.Update 01/03/23 - The Fine Folks at BOM called me first thing this morning to address the ATM issue I had over the weekend and, in doing so, reaffirmed why I bank with them. They made it right by me! I think the person I talked to was Kim and she was very empathetic, professional, and made me feel that she genuinely cared about me.
