I am from out of town, and dropped in, hoping for some help with one of my hearing aids. As I was explaining myself to the friendly receptionist, Bethany Gilco appeared at my elbow, took five minutes and expertly fixed mine up wonderfully, even though it was not a Beltone. She was great! Thank you, Bethany!
