I have never had an experience so bad that I found it necessary to write a review, but every employee at this location seemed mostly clueless to any and everything. Our insurance covered 45 days of a car, we were told they didn’t have any cars on the Thursday it happened, I called back Friday to see if we could get a suv. To begin with they acted like it was impossible because the insurance didn’t cover it, it was only after 3 phone calls we found out for $6 a day we could in fact get a suv until they had cars and made that appointment for noon Monday. When on the way to pick up the suv I was told they no longer had any and that there were 23 people in front of us on Monday and may not get anything then. I talked to one lady who seemed to be helpful but also didn’t seem to know where any of their cars were or when they may be returned, she kept saying they “may get some from the shop” but couldn’t say when to be there or make arrangements. These are things you need to know if your transport is already compromised due to an accident and car in the shop. A man whom I had met the day before but failed to tell me anything I needed or when was a good time to come was the real reason this review was typed. I have NEVER dealt with a more condescending know it all that in fact knew nothing. With that being said the Beckley, WV enterprise had amazing customer service and did everything completely different than the lewisburg location. They were able to tell us what they had available and have all the necessary information prior to arrival, super courteous and good customer service, thanks Dalton.

I started calling around for a rental car a week and a half in advance. Enterprise is The ONLY cra rental place I could Find! That would rent us a car in the airport at Roanoke virginia.Next time I'm ither going through Enterprise, or I'm starting to look 3 weeks in advance.Avis and Budget SUCK!!

My mother had to go to a funeral in Missouri. She reserved a car online, tried to pick it up 2 days later, they had no cars on the lot. They guaranteed they would have a car the next day by 8am. She went back and they still had no cars available. She waited 3 days and they never found her a car. They then proceeded to tell her she'd have to drive to Princeton if she wanted a car(no discount or anything offered for her having to do all the work). All while their website stated they have cars available and they were still taking reservations. Alamo clearly put on their website that no cars were available for rent, but Enterprise kept taking reservations. They left her dangling for 3 days with guarantees and nonsense. Some upfront honesty would've been appreciated.

Pay attention to the fine print. There is a 200 to 300 dollar deposit required when renting a car from them.

I didn't dislike the folks at this location.. I dislike that they are closed at 5pm. If you are travelling from the West Coast to Greenbriar Airport, the rental counter will be closed when you land. There is no Lyft or Uber in this area. There is no taxi service, either. If you rent a car here and arrive in town after 5pm, you're kinda screwed for a ride from the airport to your hotel. Contact MTA, for a ride to your hotel Mon thru Fri...

I made a reservation 1 month prior to my vacation. They call me during my flight to tell me they had no vehicles available because people werent returning them on time. They call me the next morning to say a car "showed up". I go to rent the car. They tell me I can't without a credit card because I have an out of state license. I had spoken to employees 4 times prior to renting and no one mentioned needing a credit card to rent. I offered the solution of using my bf's card. They told me no because he had to be physically present. I offered to have my family member rent the car with her WV drivers license. They said no because I would be the one driving the car. Very poor customer service. Ridiculous. I have NEVER had a problem renting cars in the past with an out of state license and a bank card. That is what a deposit is for which they were going to charge anyway.

This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Made the reservation yesterday for today . Get a call this morning that they don't have any cars . Called all day and said they might have one by the time we got there . Arrived 30 minutes before closing . Place was packed with cats and says the all just showed up 10 minutes ago . Wouldn't let me pay because my license is from the next state over, 20 minutes away . Very disappointing, never use Enterprise again .

I've had good experiences so far. however my deposit wasn't refunded. when I called to find out why, I was told that it was refunded to my account...but it wasn't.
