I cannot say enough good things about Lydia! From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, and always quick to answer my questions (and I had a lot of them). When I was overwhelmed, Lydia made sure I never felt alone in the process. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and truly went above and beyond to advocate for me.
Thanks to her support, my fiancé and I are now in our new home and couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a realtor who is personable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend Lydia!

I can honestly not say enough nice things about Lydia. I would never have another realtor! Lydia isn’t a 9-5 gal, no matter when I messaged her, I always received a response. She is great at what she does. Very informative and so extremely helpful with the entire process even with things that isn’t her job. She helps with things like loan details or improvements prior to selling. She is top notch. If you need to sell or buy, I’d give her a call!

Lydia is by far the favorite REA I’ve ever worked with in the states. She was on top of every detail, and even when I’d think of something and shoot her a question at 1am on a Sunday night, I’d ask her to please wait til business hours to reply, knowing I’d forget if I didn’t ask just then. Every time she’d answer almost immediately. She went the extra mile, is very honest and open. She was there for me thru the inevitable ups and downs of home buying. Lydia was visibly and obviously happy when she helped me find THE ONE I’d been dreaming of. My home is more than I even prayed for. Thank you Lydia!!! I’d recommend Lydia to anyone looking to buy a home.

My fiancé and I are so thankful to have had Lydia as our realtor. We are first time home buyers, so of course we had tons of questions, but she was patient with us the entire time and went above and beyond answering every question in great detail.
