“The customer service at T-mobile was excellent! They did their best to help me out and my family was ready to be all in. The only reason for the 4 star review is because where we are located, there is zero signal. They even let us take a hotspot home to try before making the switch. We were sad it didn't work. Please put up a tower out our way soon. We need reliable service desperately. Both of my parents are older and we need to be able to reach out in case of an emergency. I also need (real) wifi for my business. Satellite doesn't cut it with weather, mountains, data limitations and cost, it just isn't feasible.”
