“Chentell W was extremely helpful. We were on a road trip and my phone stopped being able to connect to the WiFi/internet even though I was still connected to the network just fine. She tried to fix my old phone, and when options were exhausted she got me a new phone very fast. Thank you!”

“I’m not good with technology. When I woke up today and my phone was fried, I needed help quick. I stopped by the store and was given the best assistance. I had to leave to get back to my job and when I returned this afternoon, we picked up where we left off. Thank you so much in all of the problem solving.”

“The young lady that helped me Saturday was excellent and went above and beyond to help me get my account restored. If you're considering any of the other carriers in T Mobiles surrounding buildings, don't waste your time. I've had nothing but great service with my phones and excellent customer service.”
