I called and told them I only had a w2 and asked how much it would cost. They told me $79 so I drove straight up there When they got my taxes done they charged me $108. I wouldve given them 5 stars if they hadn't lied to me about the price.

The ladies that took care of my taxes this year was great. They answered all of my questions, explained things that had changed since last year, and made sure that I understood exactly what everything meant. I will never go anywhere else except to Jackson Hewitt. The fact that the location is so convenient is just another plus to go along with a whole list of things that is great about their service!!!

I was treated VERY good. They made sure I got the most I could possibly get back went the extra mile. Explained everything to me and let me know everything I could get all the offers they have to give and even explained that I could get up to 1300 dollars advance. I could not be more happy I do advise everyone too get there taxes done at Jackson Hewitt. And I promise you will have the best experience you've ever had in your life.
