Not great. The overall look of the place was dirty. The sink area needed cleaned, visible dirt and grime. Floors need cleaned. The hand towels were stained. There is a need for training inexperienced nail techs. The girl that did my nails was very nice, but I could tell inexperienced. She said she had worked there a month. My acrylic is lumpy in spots and my cuticles are burning a day after getting my “fill.” One looks very irritated and may be getting infected. The polish and acrylic was messy. I had to ask to get excess off my skin and to clean with the drill under my nails. No wonder other employees kept coming to check her work. The polish and acrylic was taken too far down to my cuticle, so now they are irritated. I have to figure out how to keep my cuticles from being infected, irritated & hurting. Only reason I went is because my regular nail tech is out of town. Missed opportunity for this business. I won’t be back. I don’t blame the employee, she tried her hardest, I could tell. Regal Nails. take time to work with your employees & ensure they are well trained vs. just having the “numbers” there to do nails, it will help your business more in the long run. Word of mouth in a small town is everything. Hopefully you take heed and improve.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Just tried to get 1 broken nail repaired for my daughter, the place was still open and the nail tech was rude and said they weren’t taking anyone else for the day, however you don’t close till 7pm. Thanks for showing my daughter how not to treat people. and It was only 6:23pm plenty of time to fix 1 singular small nail.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only did they refuse to fix our nails, they were absolutely rude to my sister in law when she tried to get her nails taken off that they messed up. I would highly suggest not going here and driving the extra hour to Charleston.

one day i went in needing a set for hoco, and i got one of the dudes. i don’t know his name, but he cut me multiple times, blood on the sides of multiple fingers. kept yanking my fingers as some sort of signal for me to position them better. would get little sharp pains shooting down my whole finger every now and then so i’m assuming he hit some sort of nerve when he cut me. went in again today needing a prom set, hoping i wouldn’t get him again, and of course i did. he again cut me multiple times. blood on the sides once again, and still getting that same sharp pain shooting down my finger every now and then. every other experience with every other woman there has been great. they’re super careful and sweet. if you go here, just make sure you make an appointment with one of the women to avoid getting him, maybe try and request one of them if you’re just walking in.Service: Acrylic nails

HORRIBLE! Went to get my nails done and spend a girls day with my grandmother and horrible. Not only was my na tech up and down constantly, on her phone texting and on Snapchat while in the process of doing my nails. Not only were they crooked, not painted with gel like I paid for, not completely polished and you can see through them, polish on my hands and glue on my hands. Called and requested a refund and was told they don’t have a machine that gives refunds! They did offer to fix it but I mean I sat there forever while my tech talked and laughed and so on. I was patient and she was just plain sloppy and my experience was horrible. $60 for sloppy and no gel or even completely painted. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Period. Will be disputing charges with my bank asap. I paid for a service and I want the service I paid for. HOW do you mess up simple short stiletto plain black nails? Ridiculous.Services: Gel manicures
