Towing near Logan, WV

“Premium towing was absolutely awesome. I am a delivery driver using my own personal vehicle. I had a lower ball joint break causing a pretty good scare as I was dragging up a major highway that did not have a shoulder to pull on (thankfully it was a 4 lane route).

I called Premium, and they got to me within 10 to 15 minutes, got my van loaded up in less than 5 and we were off to their garage. As Georgia was getting the van on the tow truck, he said it looked like what the problem was and they could fix it at the garage if that was indeed the problem, but would know more once they got the tire pulled off.

I live 3.5 hours away from this site, and still had deliveries to make. Tried calling enterprise to get a rental, but they were booked. So, while sitting in the office and talking with Andrea who works behind the desk, she offered her personal car for me to finish my deliveries, which would have been about 3 hours to finish and come back. I was taken aback by the generosity and hospitality of everyone here!

They got me back on the road after they got the part in from over an hour away, and I made it home safely. What could have been a pretty horrible day, these folks made it so much better. The best part was their pricing for all they did, extremely reasonable! Thank you to everyone at premium towing! Amazing group of people!”
