I was in the verizon store today comma and worked with john about getting my phone activated period it's been quite a journey for me trying to get this done period amazingly , john was able to do that for me comma and is a wonderful wonderful agent.

Went into the store and got a new phone and was helped with switching everything over and getting everything setup. Also added apple music, Disney, and netflix and was helped getting all that setup and signed in on my phone. Overall was a great experience and would highly recommend.
