“I used to give Staples more credit because I could recycle there, our non profit had also acquired a card for tax free purchasing. Now I learn there is an app for recycling and another for tax free non profits. So now I am supposed to have 2 more apps on my phone to do business there. It is required, not an option. Everyone wants their app on your phone which is littering my screens.”

I've been using this P.O. for almost 30 years, and there's been some new blood recently, but the public service staff is always friendly, efficient, and helpful. A lot of credit should go to the principal trainer. I won't name names, but I have trained public service staff myself, and she's as good as they come. A first-class P.O.”
