“I was in urgent need to get my car battery replaced on a Sunday, and clerk Elijah helped me immediately with ALL of that. Unfortunately, 20 miles later there was also a problem with my alternator, and I lost all electrical power in the middle of nowhere. I called O'Reilly where manager-on-duty Morgan listened to the confusing symptoms my car had and referred me immediately to Lee and Sheldon at Moble Tech (their roadside assistance contractors), who POST-PONED the family fishing trip they were just about to take (!!!) and came to my rescue -- doing all the complicated repairs for a very reasonable price, showing and explaining to me what they were doing and why, and testing their work to make sure all was good before sending me on my 250 mile trip home that night -- they even called me the next day to make sure I got back all right. 4 stars to O'Reilly bc of Elijah and Morgan's great customer service, though a mechanical problem slipped thru the cracks. I'd give 5 MILLION stars to Lee and Mobile Tech for AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND EXPERTISE; they were nothing short of being my Guardian Angels when I was in a very tough spot!”
