This location is terrible. Most of the customers who shop there are extremely rude and not friendly at all. The managers and employees there are very rude as well. Anyone who says that people there are friendly (managers, employees, or customers) don't know what they're talking about. The store apparently allows solicitors to come and harass customers into giving them money or adopting a pet. Also they obviously allow any animal in the store even though the sign clearly says Service Animals Only. The bathrooms are constantly out of order because of customers who keep throwing trash in the toilets. Self checkout seems to be a must for everyone, even people who don't know how to use a computer like the elderly for example. There is a lot of cussing that goes on in there too as well. Police needs to be stationed at that location because of the crime that goes on there often. Child abuse happens there often too so CPS needs to be stationed at this location as well.

This has to be the worst Walmart that I have ever been to. Giving this one rating is actually too good for it. First off the employees hate working there. I am someone people easily spill their guts to and the horror stories that come out of their mouths. For example, let's post old people in the front of the store during winter time but tell them they aren't allowed to wear a jacket so must stand in the cold as the wind comes blowing in. Another employee was out in the snow gathering buggies when they twisted their ankle because the parking lot was slippery and not taken care of. They had to quit instead of outright being fired because Walmart didn't want to be responsible for their twisted ankle. They have security doors at all entrances but according to employees even if the alarms do happen to go off just keep walking with whatever you stole because they will be fired if they confront you because, according to them, Walmart doesn't want to deal with shoplifting court cases or any health costs if the confronting employee gets hurt. If you go to the store you will see young people walking around chatting, not working but at the front of the store the only person who can check you out is a woman older than Moses with breathing tubes in her nose that is made to stand there forever with no breaks. At least get the woman a chair or something. Or at least find her a job that isn't that physically taxing on someone her age. I have stood in her line and listened to other old people talk under their breath about how horrible they treated her. As a gay individual, I was trying to get some assistance on buying something for my computer when I asked for help the first words out of their mouth were, "We don't carry stuff for your butt-fucking orgies" I was looking for mood lighting that I could connect to my desk and monitors that worked with my computer. If you need something that is locked in a cabinet. Good luck. It is easier to find someone who does brain surgery in the place than find someone to help you do something. I wanted to paint my house. I stood there for an hour waiting for someone. I asked for customer service for someone who they told me would be right there. To go back and ask for them to tell me he went home for the day and no one else could do it. The bathrooms in the place are absolutely disgusting. I do lots of traveling and it is sad when an off-road truck stop bathroom in the middle of nowhere is more acceptable than Walmart. Reviewers are right when they say there is usually shit and toilet paper all over the walls and toilets. Let's talk about the food preparation from the deli and such. Disgusting. The amount of grime that you can see sitting right there on the floor as you are trying to shop. When you do try to get something from them such as fried chicken or items, instead of a "Can I help you?" you get a "What do you want?" Often I have walked away just from the attitude. The store is never stocked. The people are too busy loading up online orders than stocking the stores. Often I see employees coming out of the back with items people have ordered, bags full, but don't ask someone if they have something in the back because you will get a huff and be told no. This is amazing cause you can go online and it says they have it and if you order it online amazingly it just appeared meaning they had to go to the back and get it anyhow. Honestly, the store itself really needs to be shut down. It is the worst Walmart I have ever been to in my life. Customers aren't happy, employees aren't happy, and management sucks. Shut the store down and give us a Target.

I would give this store a zero if I could. I had the worst experience at this store. I made a return at customer service for purchase I made earlier in the morning by debit card with a receipt. Supervisor Sarah did not acknowledge me waiting and was busy talking 2 other employees. Finally, she called me up asking me what I wanted. I told her I wanted to return a few items and provided the receipt. I asked for a merchandise card because I wanted to buy different items in the store rather than to wait 3 to 4 business days for it to be credited on the card. She said nope, it's too late and there's nothing she can do. She didn't listen to my request. I told her that was unacceptable. Asked for Store Manager and she said the Store Manager is not here today and that nobody can help me; that she's following policy. Was extremely rude, treated me as I was insignificant and acted like a bully. She handed me the return receipt and turned away. I had to go back to get my original receipt. I called customer complaint line and told them about the situation. Was told once the cashier hit the button there's nothing that can be done. Told me that someone from the store would call in 2 to 3 business days. I feel that Walmart monopolizes the retail business, makes the customer do their own scanning to save on payroll, and treats customers like crap if there is a problem. You can never get management to help.

It was amazing. I got separated from my grandmother while I was there and a really cool staff member named Kendall helped me. Everyone on the staff that I talked to was super friendly and helpful.

I try to call this store, only to get a part of the Walmart Supercenter, tired and lube, or, photo.
I tried to call the main number only to get that they are not accepting call's!
What's a customer to do?
Absolutely nothing, right?! I'm so sick of Walmart stores thinking that they don't have rules, or, good customer relations!
