Extremely negative experience... wanted to purchase a 4 burner grill, was made to wait at service counter while while others( employees?) Were served first, even though they were behind me, had to find someone at self check out to help, and after I made my purchase, and after asking for assistance carrying this heavy grill out to my car, I still had to drag this large heavy box out to the front by myself. Was eventually assisted by an employee named Gavin, who was very helpful in carrying it to my car, which was parked out front. As Gavin and I were trying to find a way to fit it in my car, a tall employee wearing a apron was demanding that I move my car, that I wasn't allowed to park there...he was very rude and and unhelpful... wanted me to drop the grill and move the car...have more to say about this experience, but you get the idea. Kudos to Gavin and the self check out girl, low marks to management and un helpful tall apron wearing guy

7 worker's stared at me yesterday while I stood at the courtesy counter needing assistance for almost 20 minutes! They just stand still and stare off into space 🗑

Kroger is too expensive and doesn't have a good selection of beef. Food Lion and Walmart are cheaper.

Like most people today you have to buy mostly what is on sale. With prices today Kroger sales help very much.
Plus fuel points add extra savings at the pump. Coupons also for rxtr savings

I like the selections, they have good promotions and discounts. But at certain times the the wait in line is ridiculously long and sometimes the shelfs are not well stocked. Update: I've come to realize that the digital deals and coupons are a great way to save.

4 stars simply because they're the only major food store we have locally. Prices can be outrageous and navigating the store during peak shopping times can be a hassle. The employees are usually helpful and polite. Meat selection can be limited especially during peak shopping times. I would really love for Kroger to get more competition out here other than Walmart.
