I’m stunned beyond belief that anyone would say anything bad about Scott, or ANY of our mail carriers. He is the nicest man you would ever want to meet. Always brings treats to my dog—always has a big smile—never a bad word about anybody. If anybody has a problem with him, then they must just have a problem with life in general. These dedicated men and women work their hearts out, day in and day out. They do it with a smile and a song in their heart regardless of the weather. Also, they have deep roots in this town, and people love them. I don’t think too many of us are going to just sit back and listen while they get dragged through the mud. I know I sure won’t. They’ve been way too nice to me.

Went to the post office the other day and have really bad anxiety the man working inside walked me through how to do everything and make me feel very welcome. The mailman Scott is the absolute best my 3 yr old gets so excited when it’s time for him to come by to get hugs, high-fives and just absolutely adore them!!

I truly can’t see how anyone living in the Heart of Mannington could possibly complain about our mailman. Scott is one of the best we’ve had, ALWAYS smiling, and one hell of a model American! My wife and I; as well as several other families, constantly provide Scott, Cindy, and Austin with drinks, snacks, and lunches because they DESERVE great treatment for the extremely High quality of postal service we receive in town!!

Lazy! The older creep of a mail man literally uses my parking lot to park in and walk his route but refuses to deliver my mail. What a lazy joke. Put my mail on a hold because he wants to be a creep and walk down my alley where he sets off the neighbors alarm and doesn’t latch my gate, instead of using the direct access from the parking lot he parks in! Imagine being that sad of a fella that you get butthurt when a property owner doesn’t want you using their alley because of your own laziness. Well stop using my parking lot too if you’re not going to deliver my mail.

Mail constantly delivered to the wrong address (almost daily basis) , missed delivery notices even though I'm home all day and they won't redeliver

Poor attitude and lies, says they come up the drive way to pick up package. Never drove up my driveway to get package. Complete lie, plus had a package that the customer bought an paid shipping even with proof, they still wanted to charge me 23 for shipping when the shipping cost was only 5. Had all the info on my phone from purchase. Sad that people have to lie about things. I'll never ship another item through mannington post office.

Lazy. Packages will be shoved in the mail box instead of taken to our porch or we'll get a missed delivery notice yet my wife is home all day. Mail constantly delivered to the wrong addresses. Now I'm missing a package. Worst I've ever dealt with.
