My family owns a cabin in Green Bank, and this was my first trip by myself. When I heard a terrible grinding noise from my brakes about an hour and a half away from my destination, I panicked. I made it to my destination, but had no clue what I was going to do. I found this dealership, and carefully took the half hour drive here. I talked to a really helpful receptionist who immediately helped with my concerns. Unfortunately they couldn't get me in just then, they were slammed with cars. They told me a few other places to try and take it too, when most dealerships would just send me away. The other repair shops couldn't take me either, so I decided to go back and see if they could fit me in the next day. They were packed with repair orders, but a kind repair tech took the time to try and find the source of my noise. Within 5 minutes, he found the issue, showed me the problem, and had called NAPA just down the road to see if they had the part I needed. I made it to NAPA safely, did the repair, and the brakes work just fine now. Absolutely amazing customer service for someone who wasn't even a real customer.

Has at least 3x EV chargers : One works with Telsa's + factory adapter. . . Super nice staff & owner who is apparently a big fan of EV's.

Service Manager here at Parker Buick GMC, in Morehead City NC. Both Donna and Amanda (shoutout to the tech as well, whom I don't know the name of) helped a customer of ours in that neck of the woods (almost 500 miles away), to get their truck sorted after a fuel gelling issue. Wanted to leave a line here and for all those who see it. Nice to be able to reach out across state lines and have professional, helpful staff to reach a common goal. Thanks to Mitchell Chevrolet and all the staff who made this possible. You've got friends here on the Crystal Coast!

We were out of town up at Snowshoe. Had issues getting my 2024 Gmc sierra to run. Found out it was so cold the diesel fuel had gelled up. In calling my dealership back home, they suggested that I find a nearby gm dealer for my gm roadside assistance. It turned out Mitchell Chevrolet was the closest. I called them to ask about picking my truck up and putting it in their garage to warm up, they were extremely helpful and the price they quoted was about 1/3th of what other businesses had quoted. They right away sent someone out with a rollback. While waiting, I went out and started my truck, it seemed to run fine ,I'm guessing the additive I put in earlier had worked. I called Mitchell Chevrolet, talked to Amanda and understanding that she had sent the truck already, I met him shortly after leaving Snowshoe. I stopped by the dealership to pay them something for their efforts and to my surprise they said I owed them nothing and they were happy my truck was running good again. They also instructed me on what to do to prevent this in the future. I'm not sending in this review because they didn't charge anything (which I think they should have). I writing this because of their quickly answering the phone, promptness and honesty in helping me with my truck. It is as if they put themselves in my shoes. I highly recommend them, for this one act of kindness from them goes a long way in my book. I shared my experience with my dealership in Mt airy Nc and Terri one of the service advisors suggested I write a review to share this with others. For she was impressed as well.

Vacationing from out of state when GMC 4WD service indicator light came on. Stopped by Mitchell Chevrolet. Front desk staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Had us back on the road in a couple of hours. Great place, great service! Thank you!

Just had an oil change and tire rotation on our '21 Colorado. The service included a quick inspection of the major systems, lube all hinges and the windshield washer fluid was even topped off. All of that for a very reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with my experience at Mitchell Chevrolet.

My Tahoe battery died while we were up for the race at Snowshoe.. The owner himself drove up with a jump box to jump me off within an hour of calling in. I personally work at a GM dealership and thrive to have the customer service these guys have.

Car Rental is a joke. Vehicles smelled like a Cigar Bar, dirty inside and outside, 5 years old or older, mechanical problems that were not addressed by Brian that managed vehicles. Negative two stars Not deserving of any positive reviews.

Had a great experience at Mitchell Chevrolet. While on a weekend trip to the area, I walked out to a flat tire on Saturday morning. Swapped to a donut, and crossed my fingers that we might pass a place who could repair the tire. Drove around the corner and spotted Mitchell. I was welcomed into the lobby by their crew and the owner helped me right away. About 20 minutes later, tire was patched, back on the car and ready to go. Mitchell saved our weekend. Thanks!

Great people to help you with your cars and trucks. I’ve never owned a brand new car but they were able to get me in own and I love it. Shout out to Jane!! 3 years later and I still only buy my cars through Mitchell’s. I just got a brand new 2022 Midnight Edition Trax awd and I can’t say thank you enough for the staff that helped me. Jane is great! So is the finance department. 10/10 for customer service and support.
