Lorrison Pools & Supply in Charleston sold me a pool with a three cuts in the liner and WOULD NOT stand by the warranty. They used a contractor to have it installed. I would not recommend Lorrison Pools, save your money and go somewhere else.

Closed our pool and did not get the water out of the lines and the burst! The next year The closed it and now we have two cracked returns. All we get is excuses from the manager and Phil. I would not ever let me touch my pool again.

Lorrison Pools installed a Radiant Pool for us last summer. I cannot say enough good things about them. They showed up on time, worked hard, and did an amazing job. We love our pool!!

I’ve tried to spend my money here several times but they are NEVER OPEN! 4th time this month I’ve came during the posted hours and the door is locked. Forget it. I will order stuff from Amazon.

I would not recommend Lorrison Pools and Spa. We hired them to open and close our in ground pool. Last year the pipes at the pump froze and busted as a result of their Pool tech Phil doing a poor job. This year when they opened our pool they dumped chemicals in it and then told us our pump was tripping our breaker. Pool Tech Phil did not check the pump and It was locked up. He left the job undone and I had to tell him what was wrong with the pump. They also did not close the

Worst pool experience ever! Did not meet code for building inspections then would not communicate with us. Project still incomplete after 2 months. Very I'm professional.
