Taryn was a very friendly cashier I give Aldi's a thumbs down for having to pay a quarter to use a shopping cart however I'm not sure who Jasmine's parents are but they deserve a medal a gold medal and so does she she's the most polite cashier I have met in any of the Aldi's! 👍 She had a genuine smile and said two words that don't cost anything Thank you!
Some of the other cashiers and this and other Aldi's locations should follow her example

Absolutely love Aldi grocery store, although I enjoyed it more when it was less known by EVERYONE. I went in the evening last week and it was best time I've been in awhile maybe 3 people in entire store. So go super early or after 7.

I visit this store 1-2 times a week. Marla is amazing. Whenever she's working she makes my aldi experience 100% better. She always has a smile and provides excellent customer service. Thank you Marla for being so awesome!!

The cashier, Kadence, displayed a rude demeanor that is not suitable for someone in customer service. While I understand that everyone can have stressful days, I have visited this location several times, and each encounter with this particular cashier has been marked by the same negative attitude. It seems she carries an air of indifference and dissatisfaction with her job. One incident that happened today stands out in particular. I was helping my husband with Instacart orders, which included three separate batches. We informed her of this and ensured there was space between each order on the belt. However, she mistakenly combined two of the orders despite our clarification. In response, she rolled her eyes, placed her hand on her face, and gave us disdainful looks. My husband, sensing her frustration, tried to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Instead of being understanding, she rudely pushed our cart away and instructed him to handle it elsewhere. Additionally, she pretended not to understand him when he explained that there were three orders, not two. Although my husband is Hispanic, he speaks great English. To make matters worse, she mocked him with another customer while we attempted to sort out the confusion she created. It was disheartening to see a manager nearby who did not intervene. This marks my third negative experience, and I have decided that there will be no more. I sincerely hope she can develop a more compassionate approach towards others in the future.
