The service was great, although we had to wait 2.5 hours to download info from one phone to another. Our technician did an excellent job and knew his job very well. Samsung still has a lot to be considered. There's a lot of hesitation in this new Galaxy S24 Ultra. I'm a bit disappointed in it.

Brooke did an amazing job today. With the activation and transfer of my phone data. She went above and beyond with installing my screen protector. She explained the whole process an advised it would take a few hours for my phone to organize. Recommended holding onto my phone until after the reorganization so i can verify the transfer. During my time at AT&T, she welcome the incoming customers and held the door for customer exiting.

Was instantly greeted with a friendly smile. Skylar was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in taking care of all my concerns and questions. I left T mobile for a reason and this is why. I would recommend this place hands down!

Came in to this store with multiple goals, intentions, and problems. Not only did nothing we set out to accomplish get handled, but the lack of initiative and willingness to help people from the representative that “helped” us was disgusting and downright disrespectful. Was told that basically there was nothing to be done but replace two of the phones before anything could be done. The one phone was $600 to replace and the other phones were denied upgrades due to minor scrapes or manufacturing defects that were completely out of our control. After being told that the phone that cost $600 to replace would need replaced I did some research and found out it is a common problem that can be fixed inside the phone but because the woman that helped us didn’t care to look into it at all, or actually try to fix the problem, I had to figure all of this out for us. Amazing what someone can find out from a quick google search with limited information. Too bad the woman that “helped” us couldn’t have figured that out and suggested that the phone could be fixed rather than completely disregard the fact that people have emotions surrounding a device that costs them thousands of dollars over the course of ownership. This associate needs an attitude adjustment before I’d be willing to set foot back in this store again. Maybe try helping people rather than turning them away because you feel inconvenienced by having to do your job and help people
