Sat in the drive thru for 5 min before someone came on the speaker and said “that lane is closed.” The sign is so faded you can’t see which lanes are open and there was no cone or anything indicating it was closed. And there were 3 cars behind me, so obviously I’m not the only one who was confused. When I said “it doesn’t say that anywhere” she said “yes it does and it’s been closed all day.” SOME customer service would be appreciated. I mean just say “sorry that lane is closed, can you pull to another lane?” Tis the season!

Walked into Truist today, and one teller had 5 people waiting!
The other teller said she was
"Waiting for her computer to come up?
Two other, (I assume managers) were talking in an office.
The one left the office, and I was hoping she was another teller.
NOPE!
She walked into her office and closed the door on all these customers!
Sad!
Customer Service is dead!
Still waiting for other tellers computer to come up!

Nicholas and Tammy were truly amazing workers. Their customer service was top notch. Nicholas was kind, patient, and willing to explain things nurmerous times without hesitation.

Customers waiting in line too long. Finally another teller came to help. Should never have customers standing like that. Businesses normally come in morning and take additional time, so the bank should have extra tellers to compensate for that.

Great branch with great people! To all the other reviewers that claim BB&T/ Truist has "hidden fees"- no, they don't. All the monthly maintenance fees are explained when you open the account, and you're also given a fee- schedule with explanations of how you can avoid the fees. Another reviewer said that they should call you if you stop having a direct deposit so you know you'll get a fee... how do you think that's possible? Do you think they just KNOW when a client stops having a direct deposit and can call you? That's impossible. Truist has millions of clients, and they don't constantly monitor everyone's accounts. That is YOUR responsibility and not a reasonable thing to ask. This branch has a great branch leader and staff that are always super helpful and friendly!

OK I want to start with I don't drive so I switched from BCT which I love to Truist out of convenience for ATM mostly. I wouldn't call them hidden fees because I was told about $15 charge per month if $500 isn't DD monthly. I had that covered however my old bank didn't have these charges. ATM is down often and they don't have another one inside. Also usually but not always the employees act as if I was inconveniencing them. I am going back to BCT. Never should've left.

Employees sitting behind the desk talking waited nearly a hour to be seen just to deposit some cash and there was one guy in front of me, ridiculously slow I would go elsewhere if you want a reasonable wait time

Today I got a person at drive thru with an attitude on Queen St branch. I've never had a problem before. I questioned her how long 1 transaction took. She didn't like it.

BB&'T is the worse! It's crazy cuz they will nickel-and-dime you to death with Hidden fees..It's crazy they hit you with a $12 maintenance fee if you don't get direct deposit which I feel like theyl should call you and tell you that now that you no longer get direct deposit That you're going to be required to pay a maintenance fee and if you would like to open up an account that doesn't charge those fees!

Drive thru is always a slow process. Signage posted saying no walk ups at Drive thru. This needs to be enforced as people can walk into the lobby for service. 4 people standing in line at a Drive thru terminal this morning. Need more help as well!
