DO NOT RECOMMEND. Had appointment scheduled for today, reschedule to Thursday, called to ask why and he said appointment was set incorrectly. Then he calls our home warranty and asked us to be reassigned and puts me on their do not service list, just for asking a question.

This company is a joke....After being dispatched to my home to repair an oven, Vince never even opened up the oven to look before writing up over 700.00 in parts that needed to be ordered. This was after fighting with him just to make an appointment. After contacting another company for a 2nd opinion, my oven was repaired with a 58.00 heating element. Had he simply taken 30 seconds to do a basic diagnostic before trying to scam my warranty company, and get out of doing any work, he would have seen the broken element clear as day. Other technician was in and out in 10 mins and my oven is working great!

I don't understand why there are such poor reviews. My husband and I had nothing but the best experience! Vince is phenomenal. Something to keep in mind is that he can only do what he can do with the parts ordered by your home warranty. If it doesn't hold, it's likely not due to him and due to the fact that AHS is the worst. Vince has been responsive and good with updates. He was quick to order our parts and contact us when they arrived. Give Vince a chance, he's an honest guy. It's AHS you want to go after.

I have had plenty of experience with Vince over the past 2 months. He has fixed our dishwasher, fridge, and washer. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I know it is frustrating not having your appliances (trust me, I was at the laundry mat for 3 weeks) but I truly believe Vince did all he could to make the repairs in a timely manner. Thanks Vince for your service!

After fighting with AHS for over 2 weeks after a no call no show then being told by the company they are unable to do it so they placed my ticket back into the portal, they finally agreed to transfer my ticket to sears because I threatened to report them to the BBB. I am all for supporting small businesses but if you are unable to take tickets from warranty companies because you are swamped (glad you are by the way, specially in this time we are all in) then please remove your services from AHS and any other warranty places.

AHS our home warranty sent them out regarding our washer and they were to order a part for my washer and we have had no calls from them stating they have ordered the part or how long they might think it will be. AHS also has reached out to them several times with no call back. I have been without a washer since July 19th.

Sears referred this company to me for my home warranty on my clothes washer. They were hard to get in touch with. They finally diagnosed my washer over the phone. The part came in 3 weeks agoI can not get in touch with them to get an appointment. I have called Sears 3 time to help. To date washer is not fixed and I still don't have an appointment

This business is a scam and fraud!! Do NOT call this business for any repair in your home. I am a realtor and I used a home warranty company, whose name I will not mention. The warranty company sent this business out to diagnose and repair my dryer. I had to pay $107.00 for this visit. They came the first time and told me I needed a few parts and for the dryer to be cleaned out from lint. They told my son, I needed to have this done before they would come out and fix it. My husband spent a whole evening vacuuming the lint from around the drum and out. When I called them to tell them that the lint was cleaned out, they told me I voided my warranty by doing this myself. They told me it would cost $75.00 to clean the lint and was not covered by my warranty. The lint should not have been an issue in the responsibility they had of my dryer repair. I should have signed a waiver that they noted the lint and would have no responsibility of a possible lint fire in my home. The lint had nothing to do with their responsibility of repairing the dryer. I called them to let then know the lint was cleaned and to schedule the repair. He told me there would be a charge of $75 when he arrived. I asked him, what for?, since my husband cleaned the dryer himself. He said he would have to check with his regional manager to see if the charge could be removed....what? they didn't do anything. They showed up at my door when scheduled, but his business manager, Jessica was introduced to me. Why is the business manager with him, I already knew we had a problem. He went up and took the dryer panel off and claimed the lint was still there and shut it up and said, we are out of here. I told him if it still needed cleaned he had my permission to clean it and I would pay the $75...I have been without a dryer for a week now. He ran down my stairs, opened the door and demanded the business manager to leave with him, and he closed the door and again said, he was out of here. I noticed also that they weren't even in a company vehicle or anything that proved to me that they were from a repair company. I looked them up on line after they left to see that they have a one star rating. My opinion is this company is ripping off warranty companies by taking their service money and not completing the work. Please DO NOT support this business as you will be scammed.

Got referred for a Sears warranty claim for this company. First time no showed and claimed he never saw the job email. Then rescheduled and no showed for that job. Now I have reached out to Sears and they recontacted them to reach out to reschedule and I've gotten nothing. No phone numbers work for this company and they have no legitimate website.

Was scheduled with this company for a warranty repair yesterday 12-5. He left me a message at 9:33 am and said call me. I returned his call 7 minutes after his message. 3 rings on his end and then a message saying this person has never set up his voice mail. So you can't leave a messageHe never arrived, didn't call to cancel, never answered the 7 calls I made to him. I called Geek Squad. They couldn't reach him either. They said he had gone into the portal and rescheduled us for a day next week WITHOUT CONTACTING US. Who does that? We are unavailable that day. I have told Geek Squad that I do not want to work with this company. They said they couldn't change service providers once they have been scheduled! What? I told her to cancel my appointment. She said she couldn't do that. I told her yes, you can. We will not use this repair company. Cancel the appointment and I will simply call and reschedule in a month or two. This better turn out better than it has started. (To begin with, our salesperson told us this refrigerator had 2 ice makers (like the one we had owned that we were replacing. Once it was delivered and installed they told us it did not have 2 ice makers. Since we had gone 2 weeks without one, we kept it. I have hated it for almost 2 years and learned a lesson, don't settle, get what you were promised!) We have bought all of our appliances from Best Buy but never had an extended warranty until now. For a store to do business with a company that has an average review of "1" is pathetic. We may have bought our last appliance at Best Buy. Instead of driving the 35 minutes to Hagerstown, we will simply buy from the companies in Chambersburg. I am very disappointed with Best Buy. They should want to do better than this.

I have been waiting for almost 2 months now for my television to be repaired. I was told when the technician came to my home the parts will arrive in about 10 days and that was almost 2 months ago. I call everyday and have not recieved a call back yet.
