This location is ran very poorly. Thankfully we have a better location now in town. Can't ever get threw the store without having to go around orders not being put away and even though I have used the restroom there before. They informed my daughter they didn't have one.

1. This store overall has poor customer service.2. The management team has communication amongst each other.3. The store manager is very disrespectful.4. The store as a whole doesn't accommodate those who regularly buy in bulk.5. The store as a whole doesn’t know how to make checkout go a smoothly and quickly as possible.6. The store manager refused to connect me to her boss, the district leader, after I told her that I wouldn't step foot in her store again until her district leader gives me assurance that I wont receive such issues in the store again.7. Speaking as someone who has experience at dollar tree as an operations manager and a merchandise manager in NY, the store as a whole is disorganized, mismanages time, and is filled with lazy workers, including the store manager herself.

For the first time in a long time the line to check out was NOT long and there was few people in the store.
