This is seriously the sorriest business I’ve ever seen. After ordering from Young Living my packages would often be sent here. And I would never get it. So then I’d file a claim on it. And I would finally get my package. Sometimes it would also arrived damaged. I cannot say one positive thing about this FedEx. It is sorry. I recently just ordered a package & it has literally sat at this same location for 6 days.. My delivery date was February 12th & then it went MIA without updating me at all. I still have no guarantee what date it will come if it does come. I have been nothing but irritated. And there’s no respect with this company. They are clearly not respectful of me or my belongings.

FedEx is the worst package delivery service and Martinsburg WV seems to be the worst of the worst in regards to logistics centers.

Packaged tracked 9/24/24 to this West Va. facility. 9 days later, it hasn't moved. I was advised that I call the shipper Lululemon and have them take care of my grand daughters birthday gift. When I asked "Why? Lululemon put that paid package in your hands to deliver via the contract you arranged." I hope FedEx reaps a downfall due to their own incompetent hands. I'm done.

Wow. So many one star reviews, here’s another one. I was told my package would arrive two weeks ago when I ordered. Then, I called earlier this week about that package, they told me it would arrive by Friday end of day. It’s Thursday, and it’s still in this facility and hasn’t moved since the 5th. It’s the 11th.

my package has been here since september :( makes me very sad. fedex keeps referring me back to shipper & the shipper keeps referring me back to fedex - i'm just going in circles and isn't very fun

The delivery drivers needs to pay closer attention to house numbers and addresses. I am tired of having my packages dropped off at my neighbors house.

You can bet the farm that if you receive a message your package is on the truck it will be delivered TODAY it wont be!! Customer service will put you through the loop over the phone and leave you frustrated. 13 years of dealing with this incompetence. every other carrier delivers on time or earlier then stated.
