Showed up there got told they don’t have my phone screen no calls no emails telling me that. Had a appointment too. Waisted my gas for nothing after getting off work. Would’ve been nice to get a call or text knowing I have a appointment. Then he told me the guy that does the screen repairs is about to clock out. Well gee could’ve sent a email or text but didn’t

The Geek Squad dudes are amazing. They are always on time, and do installs the right way! They had my new 85" Sony tv, Denon AVR, and Xfinity DVR installed (hidden in-wall) in under 2 hours!! WOW!VERY professional, very knowledgeable and friendly too

We have online Geek support. Would have been 5 stars if I had reached Sierra and Kumar the first time. A big high five to Alexander Z as well from the day before. This company has a convoluted database in which your account gets split into every phone number, email or physical address; My wife and I have moved in the last 2 years. Alexander figured this out and worked for over an hour to consolidate the information and update it properly.

Have used Geek Squad for a couple of years. Far superior to any IT experts we've ever used: fast, efficient, knowledgeable, amazingly patient and non-condescending with neophytes and non-techies - no "geek speak." Very reasonable price for an excellent service!

Scheduled an appointment with them and specifically stated that I had a custom computer when I made my appointment. Drive 45 minutes to bring it in and am told they don’t repair custom computers.

Please, don't waste your time here. 9 times out of 10 they will tell you you have a bad motherboard because they have no idea what they are doing. Bad motherboard coming from them almost always means "we have no idea". I am pretty proficient with computers but I had an issue and was desperate for help, which led me here. They told me my motherboard was bad and I'm glad I trusted my instinct and left. I ended up fixing it myself and it was a simple software compatibility issue.
