After being with this company for years I had a car break down and I decided to suspense the insurance until I got it back on the road. Now I’m ready to start insurance, they tell me the monthly bill to have a car suspended was never taking out and I owe them money! How?!! It’s been the same ACH account for years!!!! Called to cancel 9/16 and the owner Greg answered and didn’t care!!! Couldn’t answer why no money was taken out! He just said “yeah that’s weird”…

My home insurance is with Allstate. So far all has been great. I guess we'll see after a next rate hike that I was warned about!

They don't honor veterans they don't have any kind of plan to help the veterans matter of fact they were very Cavalier about not having anything that represented veterans obviously not a veteran's oriented business

This office has been very helpful over the years. I have bought and sold several vehicles over the past few years and they have always been very patient and helpful. I would recommend this company if you are looking for automobile insurance.

Horrible experience, would not recommend to anybody. They were absolutely happy to take my money for the last five years and then called me and being extremely unpleasant told me that "your card has been declined". When I trying to tell the lady that Allstate does not have my card and the account is linked to my bank account, she told me that I don't know what I am talking about and "her system told her that my card is declined". After 5 min of pointless conversation I gave up. Then I have called Greg, who was already frustrated and told me to find another agent. So I did.

Nothing but good to say about Allstate and the job that Greg Smith does is beyond belief. Not too many people work on a Sunday afternoon but he did this for me and saved me money on top of that Allstate will be my company for a long time.
