Shenee was amazing! The whole staff is outstanding and fun to be around. They were able to squeeze us in after another salon canceled our appointment and even stayed late to finish our hair. Amazing dye job! We love it!

Shenee was amazing! She squeezed us in at the last minute and made my daughter’s whole year by dying her hair a very specific shade of pink. Definitely returning. I highly recommend this Hair Cuttery. The staff is fun and professional at the same time. Such an enjoyable experience ❤️❤️❤️

My appt was canceled twice so another beautician set me up appt next day with them so I showed up and someone else got my appt so another beautician sat me in there chair and looked at my hair and then told me she didnt feel comfortable cutting my hair. I will never forget how they made me feel. The sad part I was telling ppl at my work how good my beautician was just to keep showing up at work with no hair cut. I should have listened to the women at my job that told me not to go there lesson learned

Didn't get any services. Waited about 45 minutes PAST my sons appointment time and then left. No explanations. No apologies from staff. Previously had an appointment canceled because we arrived 15 minutes late, after calling ahead to inform them we were running late. We're 15 minutes late and get canceled but you're over 45 minutes and counting and haven't even bothered to offer any sort of communication or customer support?! Thats ridiculous

Amanda was just amazing she was able to fit me in as a walk in right after my daughter's appointment. She was super patient with me and my medical issues going on. She didn't rush me or rush us out the door when we were there a little past closing time. We will definitely be going back.
Stylist: Amanda was both my daughters and my stylist and she was truly amazing.

My stylist was Joanne, and she was AMAZING! I came in for a big chop and had an idea of what I wanted. Not only did she give me what I would say is the best haircut I’ve ever gotten but she was so sweet and helpful and fun, the entire experience was one I’d be happy to live out daily. I would highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a good quality haircut. I got an appointment the same day I called in and her detail to my specific style was incredible. Five stars is not enough, she deserves them all. 10/10 I will be coming back in the future! Thank you!!

Came in on Saturday for an undercut when me and my friend arrived there seemed to be an unprofessional atmosphere going on talking about clients in a negative way as well as clients that had just walked out the door I left with an uneven undercut with long hairs that I had to remove myself my stylist seemed to be in a hurry and the haircut felt very rushed also I left with wet hair from a wash with no blowdry

Used to be my place to go until got stuck in traffic and got minutes late to my appointment and the person there have not interest on helping, saying she already took someone else which should be not a problem since I could wait but she have someone else on it’s way, even told her I could only do one of the services schedule to make the time I missed but she clearly have not interest on helping, even asked where I could go and she said “ Ultra Beauty “ which is a beauty supply store very disappointed as anyone else there was very nice to me in the past.

My friend had an appointment for a wash and style and the stylist who did her hair left her hair half wet and very frizzy. She also was not welcoming, giving off a negative attitude. She told mt friend "earth to _____" because we did not hear her say her name at first, she took off my friend's glasses off her face without asking and in a way that seemed annoyed. She also told her to not move her head like 10 times when she moved her head up by accident once. I understand if the stylist is incapable of styling certain hair types, but no stylist should let their client out of the door with wet and frizzy hair while also giving such a negative attitude.
