“Last minute need for a gift for my sister's birthday....I had some photos and a frame but needed the acrylic (not glass because mailing it) and the back to hold the photos in. Kaitlin at the Martinsburg, WV store got right on it. She did what was needed and added a few other niceties to make it look good, front and back. I vote for Kaitlin for best customer service this year!”

“Im from out of town and I like to stop at hobby shops across the country. This one is one that will stand above most. They have a huge selection of miniatures for historical games, lots of warhammer and most other games you might like. The staff was very nice and helped me out and found me exactly what I was looking for. Id give them 6/5 if i could.”
